Natural Health Product (NHP) Site License Renewal

In Natural Health Products, Regulatory Affairs

By: Jacqui Jenskey, Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist, email

The Non-prescription and Natural Health Products Directorate (NNHPD) is reminding all NHP Site License holders that your Site License renewals MUST be submitted via ePost connect at least 30 days PRIOR to expiry.  This will allow you to continue manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and importing the NHP’s currently listed on your Site License while NNHPD is reviewing your renewal application. Failure to submit at least 30 days PRIOR to expiry means your submission will be considered a brand new Site License application. It will not be prioritized. You will need to cease manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and importing all NHP’s until your Site License application is reviewed, and approved, and you receive a new Site License number.

If you have any questions on NHP Site Licensing, Dell Tech can help. We will explain the requirements, recommend the best path forward and then assist in your application or renewal.
