If your business has been issued a Notice of Inspection from Health Canada, you may be required to provide classification records for your products. Most commonly, a Health Canada product safety officer will request documentation and records verifying your products are classified in accordance with the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 (CCCR, 2001) by a specified deadline. Information you may have to submit includes: test reports, product labels, reference materials, hazard assessments, and container specifications.

- Able to advise on packaging specifications, such as child-resistant containers.
- Able to speak with the compliance officer on your behalf, and submit all documents directly.
