The Regulations Amending the Hazardous Products Regulations (GHS, Seventh Revised Edition) were published in the Canada Gazette, Part I on December 19, 2020.
On Friday, Feb 26th, Health Canada sent out an email advising that they are extending the comment period until the close of business on April 19, 2021.
All submissions must cite the Canada Gazette, Part I, the date of publication (December 19, 2020), and be addressed to:
