PMRA Regulatory Update

On May 16, 2016, PMRA posted an update to their Regulatory Directive on Notification/Non-Notification (DIR2016-02), which was last updated in 2013 (DIR2013-02).  This latest revision includes further changes that can be made through the expedited notification process and also clarifies a few previous provisions.

A few key changes that are reflected in this updated directive include the addition of a tank mix, change to application rate/timing/number/frequency based on a precedent with identical formulation, and certain changes to precautionary statements. This will help your bottom line by streamlining the submission process.
