PMRA Cost Recovery Update

The Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) is seeking authority to update the fee regulations and implement new fees.

PMRA is currently seeking Treasury Board approval for updated cost recovery fees based on the Pesticide Cost Recovery Consultation, A Consultation Document in Advance of Parliamentary Proposal.  PMRA has indicated that it is likely the new fees will be in place for April 2017.
