Health Canada is hosting the 5th North America Consumer Product Safety Summit on September 22 & 23, 2021. This is a virtual event where North American Consumer Product Safety regulators discuss current trends in consumer product safety and emerging issues in today’s market.

Health Canada’s Consumer Product Safety Program (CPSP) will speak with Mexico’s Consumer Protection Federal Agency (PROFECO) and the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (U.S. CPSC).

The summit will also provide a great opportunity for stakeholders to listen in and ask questions regarding the panel discussions on some of the latest trends in consumer product safety, such as:

  • E-Commerce and COVID-19
  • Safety of Seniors
  • The internet of Things
  • Safety by Design
