Health Canada Working to Keep Canadians Safe

Health Canada works hard to keep Canadians safe. One of the ways they do this is by recalling products that have not been properly classified, labeled, or packaged according to government regulations. All products sold to consumers in Canada must abide by the regulations whether they are Cosmetics, Natural Health Products, Cleaners or Registered Disinfectant/Pesticide products. If Health Canada finds a product has not met one of these required regulations, it will be recalled and a notice will be published.

If you are interested in seeing these recalls, you can subscribe to their daily mailing here, or find the listing of advisories and warnings here

These recalls vary from improper labeling of a chemical product used to clean your kitchen to the stuffed animals your children play with.

If you are selling chemical products, Dell Tech can help keep your name off these daily recall lists. We can save you time and money when the CCCR or registration is done right the first time. Our regulatory experts can help you properly classify and label your chemical products to meet all the requirements.  Contact Dell Tech for further details.
